These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Tezynatural. Please read carefully before placing an order, by using this site, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our site.

 

All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Kenyan Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

All references to the ‘company’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ will refer to Tezynatural. All references to ‘you’ or the ‘customer’ shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include references to all URLs owned by teznatural.com. All references to ‘standard orders’ include all products.

 

PRICES

All prices are shown in Kenyan Shilling (KSH). It is our policy to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Mpesa, Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer.

After placing your order the server will transfer you to Mpesa, Paypal, or WorldPay secure payment server through which you will make your payment. Once this has been done, you will be transferred back to the Tezynatural website, In this way, you can rest assured that your payments are being made in as secure an environment as possible. All orders and shipping are quoted in Kenya Shilling. All payments are taken in Kenyan Shilling.

 

RETURNS

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact info@teznaturals.com within 3 working days of order receipt.

We regret that due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns on faulty items.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel before we have shipped your order, you must do so by email to info@tezynaturals.com if your order has not been sent, it will be canceled and there will be no charge.

We regret that orders that have been dispatched cannot be canceled.
